We’ve been to this mall many times and usually always grab a slice or two from Andy’s, but recently when we visited we decided to try a burger from this place. Ordering is interesting, it’s completely done via kiosk, as there’s no one working a “front counter” to order from. Our food was promptly made, came out piping hot & fresh too. But the kiosk asks for a tip at the end – COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! No one gets a “tip” for doing their job!!!! If the owner of this place wants his staff to get paid more, they need to pay them more, it’s not my job to do that! Especially when it costs nearly $50 for two simple meals of two burgers, two fries, and two drinks – nothing more!! So, they might be way over-priced, but they definitely make an amazing burger! Their spicy dip, which seems to
Char’d burger was good , wanted to try since their opening it’s been long but finally tried it.Really good , meat is fresh and flavourful. The place is small and cute located in the 3rd floor in the food area in Tyson’s galleria .The quality is really good and nice.It is definitely worth a try , but is the hype really worth I will give it a 8.5/10 not 10/10.Overall , good burger place.
Burger - Passable but overpriced. Bun was bland and slightly dry, meat was not that flavorful and juicy. A very mediocre burger. Fries - Avoid. Under-salted and the texture was mealy. Bland and not crispy at all. The sauce was good but couldn’t salvage the meal. I honestly would place McDonald’s above this, on quality alone. On rare occasion, I’ll get a McDonald’s craving — I already know I will never get a CHAR’D craving. Factor in price and this place is a definite no from me.
Even though this is located in a food court, it doesn’t feel like it. It still has such a vibe. Burgers were so juicy and delicious. Chicken tenders were amazing. My only grip would be that they are lacking in the beverage department. Solid spot, would come back.
You taste the quality in every bite and the staff is passionate about a great product. Fries are always crispy the sauces zesty and the burgers leave you drooling even after you've finished eating......ssoooooo goooooodd!!! Get the double you won't regret it. 10/10 burgers.
