Charcoal Grill in Burlington is top-notch! We have to give a BIG shout out to Tammy!! She is phenomenal and goes above and beyond expectations! We used Charcoal Grill for our wedding at Veterans and it was an excellent choice- food was superb (ask about the Mac & cheese!) and Tammy was so pleasant and easy to work with! Would recommend for anyone needing catering. And, as just a place to have lunch/dinner, it is so great with a sweet view of the river- ample indoor and outdoor seating. Great cheese curds, salads and pizza!! Get the chocolate spoon cake too- delicious!

Disappointed. Gave it more than 1 star cause I usually don't have an issue but tonight really soured the place for me. Ordered spinach artichoke dip and a rack of ribs meal as a carry out. I usually get what's pictured on their website but I initially only received the ribs and spinach artichoke dip. Went inside and they said sorry and handed me a container of vegetables as the side for the ribs. Had to show them what's included on my phone to get the actual sides but still had a missing container of chicken dumpling soup and a tiny container of coleslaw. I gave up after that. And then the taste, their spinach artichoke was too salty, the ribs were burnt, and the coleslaw just tasted of vinegar. The bread was the best thing out of the whole meal. This was a waste of money.

We always order for delivery. The food is great. Nice size portions. Always arrives hot. Unfortunately, there's always something missing. This time it was the rye bread, butter, and lemon wedges. Sometimes its the side like baked potatoes. And even the soup has alluded us a couple of times... I hope they can get back to right.

This is honestly the most mediocre food I’ve ever had in a place that has, what? 5 locations? Smash burger that’s just a frozen patty pretending to be anything like a smash burger. I honestly couldn’t even eat half of it. No flavor, no thought to it. Culver’s would have been a better choice. (Which is how they advertise it in the menu already). They say it’s not frozen but, let’s be real. It’s cooked to oblivion. They took it off the bill so kudos for that. Blue box Mac and cheese for kids that’s boiled to oblivion and basically cheese mush. Like, come on. Do better than this. If you’re going to give kids junk Mac and cheese you can at least try to cook it somewhat decently. Pretzels with no salt on it but they sprinkle some on the plate like it might help a little bit. Music choice was g

You know when you walk in to a restaurant on Valentine’s Day and it’s empty you should just leave. Will we were really hunger and don’t have time to try another place. What a mistake that was. I’ve always loved Charcoal Grill but it’s been awhile. Clearly they aren’t the same. The restaurant is exactly the same as early 2000’s, the bathroom was disgusting and dirty also. I ordered 1/2 rotisserie chicken which they are know for and ribs another staple also a loaded baked potato and veggies. Everything but the veggies were dry, the meat was clearly not from today it was dry not rotisseried at all but clearly baked before serving they threw it on the fire for what looked like 5-10 seconds. The ribs were actually drier than the chicken and clearly not from today with a plop of sauce thrown on
