A lot of harassment and bullying goes on in this facility and when we told the front desk gave them a warning all three times, but that was it. The staff is also unhelpful, when a kid slipped and fell, I had to help them out of the water 0/5!

The no refund policy is an issue, I paid, put on swimsuit, then they closed due to someone supposedly hearing thunder in the distance. Refused to refund for my family who was still dry. They don't update there site, they don't clean out the bugs, feels like they are inconsiderate of people's time and money honestly. If it weren't for the lazy river, they wouldn't get my business ever again.

Great place for exercise; offering pickleball, basketball, gym use for indoor walking at a minimal fee.

WAY overpriced bday packages and they wouldn't even let us eat cake there unless we bought a bday package. The lifeguards are WAY too egregious. Clearly this place is run by a tyrant. Ntm, the rest of the building is basically wasted. There's no tables.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have driven here twice with my children from out of town to find that they are closing early. The only notice you get is the sign on the door. Their website says they are open all day. They even have the same hours on holidays (according to website). Both times I went the staff was very rude and even rolling their eyes at me because I didn’t understand why 1. There is no notice and 2. We are expected to pay full price when the pool is not open full time. If an individual rents out the pool they are expected to compensate for lost wages however the public is still expected to pay for lifeguards to be there when the public is gone. Will not be returning. I would rather waste gas going to Independence or Pittsburg.
