Solid food and portions. Got a mix of Mongolian Chicken, sweet & sour pork and shrimp with lobster sauce. *Warning the shrimp in lobster sauce is served in a bowl as a soup. Saw many people come in for take out.

I don’t know on Christmas Day. I Got chicken fried rice is very very dry. I got sweet-and-sour chicken and the sauce they gave me on the side was not even halfway full! I got the steamed dumplings They smell bad. I ate a few of them and threw up. The chicken fried rice had no chicken in it. I was very disappointed because I followed the Christmas menu And I feel like they were just selling their leftover food. I can even send you pictures of how bad it was.

My husband and I went to Chans on a Thursday evening. Here are the positives: -clean restaurant -employees welcoming and nice -crab Rangoon pretty good Here are the negatives: -music! They played a classical music song that was the same 8 cords on repeat. It almost drove me insane. -not offered a drink refill -both my husbands and my entrees were not good. The chicken was very chewy and my husbands chicken didn’t have enough sauce. He got the sesame chicken and I got the yummy chicken. I asked if the chicken was white meat before ordering, server said it was, but it was not white meat. The price of our meal was insanely too expensive for the quality of food received. We ordered a cup of soup, crab Rangoon and two entrees and paid $48. I will not be returning to Chans unless it was verifie

I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always consistently solid and good the staff is always very helpful and whether dining in or ordering out the food is always packaged with care and the restaurant is always clean really everything I'm looking for. We are the food weekly from here for work and have gone several times on my own it's a very solid choice for the area If you want some Chinese food.

My whole family loves this place; the food is delicious and the employees are fantastic. My card declined when I tried to order, so I told them "I'll be right back" and went to visit my bank. Thank goodness I decided to order carryout this time, but I usually dine in. To my surprise, they had my order ready when I got back from the bank so I just paid and left. Also, my sister was sick one day and she said she wanted some egg rolls. I was at the grocery store and was going to pick up some frozen ones, but I was craving the Chow Fun and decided to just pick her up some egg rolls at Chan's as well. She was so excited when I handed them to her. No business is perfect, but this establishment is built on flavor, family, and friendliness. I'd take that over perfection any day of the week.
