Chang Thai & Pho

Came here on a sunday! It was pretty quiet and empty! The service was so fast and this was some of the best pho I’ve had in Washington!! 111/10 reccomend and will be back for amazing soup during the ski season

We went here after a 4-mile hike, and it did not disappoint. We got the chicken satay for appetizers. The meat is tender and flavorful, and we love the peanut sauce that came with it. For the main, my husband got the sizzling salmon curry, and I got the pad thai. The curry was good, not spicy enough for him though, although we he got the spiciest level. The noodles were good too, but not something I will get again. Maybe try another noodle dish the next time we're here. But we highly recommend this place!

Not sure how I feel about spending $43 for this. Very little crab and a lot of over fried crunchy wonton. Not a lot of chicken in the soup and the cabbage was almost too big for a spoon. Not really impressed overall.

We passed this place on our way to Snoqualmie Falls. Definitely glad we decided to come back and enjoy the delicious food. My friend had the Pho and I had the Tum Yum with their chicken fried rice. Our server mentioned they had really good fried rice. He was not lying. We liked it so much we ordered another one! Will come back if we are ever passing thru! As we might next year as we are traveling vendors now!

Update 8/24/2024: visited this place with family, again after almost 2 years. Food was great. ---- Its a hidden gem. I went there on Black Friday afternoon after tired shopping in Northbend mall. Good food overall. All the items were tasty and high quality. My kids also loved this place I recommend this place. One suggestion - spice levels are low here. So, one should go for additional spice level to match their taste.
