Chanello's Pizza

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, add ham but some how I received a ham pizza. 01/31/26 and have been calling since 2:58am and nothing this is ridiculous!

Ordered online and once my husband and I got there to pay and pick up our order they mistakenly charged him for the wrong damn order and was lied to saying that it didn’t go through an the machine clearly said it processed the payment. Then on top of that the 2 marinara cups we ordered were missing and got 1 ranch instead and the cinnamon knots we ordered were drenched in butter. Have never had this problem before. Not sure how the hell you charge someone for the wrong order and forget to give items that were ordered when it was an online order. Whatever you all have going on needs to be fixed. This is ridiculous.

I attempted to call ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait but no one answered the phone for about 10 minutes. So I gave up and decided to just order and wait when I arrive. The lady at the counter with white hair and face piercings was wrapping up and order picked up the phone and told the customer to hold. Once the customer was on hold she said “& now they are going to stay on hold” then proceeded to complain about the phone ringing. After taking my order I waited in my car for a little then came back in. The phone still ringing and going unanswered. She was making comments to the delivery driver about some weird smell in her room at home which was kind of grossing me out. Just a weird experience. I ordered a pizza, and when I realized my order was incorrect, they had to remake it. While that's a rookie mistake, it's not worth a 1 star review. What is though, is that when I brought the pizza back in the store, they threw it in a bag and gave it to a delivery driver to deliver it. When I called them out for giving someone else a pizza that I already touched, an employee told the driver "it's fine" and he took it to deliver it. Food safety is no joke, and people shouldn't be paying for food that was already handled by another customer.
