CH Y La Birria

We had such a wonderful experience at CH y Birria! The food was absolutely delicious and full of amazing flavors. We ordered the tacos, quesabirria, ramen, and a plate of birria — everything was a perfect 10! What really makes this place special is that it’s a family-owned business. I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy, the owner, who kindly gave me a little tour of the patio and shared the story of how their business started. You can truly feel the passion and hard work this family has put into building CH y Birria. As someone who also runs a family business, I can completely relate and admire their dedication. We’ll definitely be coming back — and I’ll be recommending this spot to my clients as well!

I came with my son for dinner. The place looks clean they have 4 tables only but place it’s inviting you know they sell Birria. I order the carne en su jugo. It’s delicious very tender savory flavorful with beans, bacon and onions accompanied by 2 cheese quesadillas . The 5 tacos dorados very well portioned. Meat was tender and tasty, salsa spicy and the consome had lots of flavor. The service was friendly, fast and guy answer all my questions. I’ll definitely come back. You guys should try.☺️

Amazing just like the first time we tried this spot on Uber eats!! But this time I drove to the location to place my order 👍🏽 Hands down the best birria you can find in a 30 mile radius from my house... No need to look no where else, especially if your in the area just stop by and check them out you won't be disappointed trust me!! Shoot Francisco let me try that Birria en caldo soup 🤤🤤🤤 and I ended up buying one to go to eat later along with my 6 birria tacos. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends to go try this food that taste like it's family home made. I will definitely be back real soon

These tacos dorados were great. My coworkers order the quesabirria and they were a hit. Their salsa had a nice kick. The staff are friendly people. We'll definitely be eating here a lot.

The dish is served with two simple quesadillas and some potent salsa macha which can be added or dipped. All of it comes in another beautiful plate hand-made in Jalisco. This unique dish of roasted and chopped up beef is in a stew that has beans and bacon, and is covered with onions and cilantro. Besides these ingredients, it has the flavors of garlic and a touch of roasted serrano.
