C’est Bon Mi

Wow, it’s impressive to find such authentic Vietnamese-style cuisine here in St. Croix. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a modern look and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is simple and focused, which I really appreciate. I ordered the beef pho, and it came out steaming hot — absolutely delicious. Honestly, it tasted better than most pho spots I’ve tried in heavily populated Asian areas. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town to try more from the menu.

I visited this Vietnamese restaurant and was truly impressed by the flavors. The chicken curry was rich and aromatic, with a creamy coconut base and tender, flavorful chicken. The pho had a clear, delicate broth that was naturally sweet from the bones, paired with soft noodles and thinly sliced beef cooked just right. The eggrolls were perfectly crispy, tightly wrapped, and filled with well-seasoned, piping-hot ingredients. Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for authentic and well-crafted Vietnamese dishes. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more.

I recently dined at this French/Vietnamese cuisine restaurant with a group of four adults and four children, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Service & Cleanliness Upon arrival, there was no staff guidance for seating, so we seated ourselves. While this was not a major issue, the booth we chose was dirty, with food scraps left on both the table and floor from previous customers. The two waitresses on duty failed to properly clean the area before seating new guests. I had to request that the table be wiped down, which should have been standard practice. One staff member attempted to clean the area afterward, but the situation had already reflected poorly on the restaurant’s professionalism. This place is a much needed and very welcome addition to the area. The Pho is excellent and a very generous portion at an amazing price. Try the beef rib version, I don’t know anyone who can eat all of it and most people have two great meals of it later. The bake their own bread and croissants, and have a patio. They are casual dining in a brand new modern space, so good atmosphere but not particularly romantic, unless you consider the location and great food. Everything is super clean and the owner and staff are amazing people who are passionate about good food! Thank you so much to them for bringing us this gem.
