They made multiple errors—miscalculating the car’s value, mishandling the taxes, and even getting the address wrong. You’d expect more attention to detail from an experienced notary, but this was full of avoidable mistakes.

They filled out their section of my retirement rollover waivers incorrectly, so they got rejected. I tried calling multiple times to get it fixed, but their phone kept getting picked up by a fax machine. I stopped over during their posted business hours, but the person that answered the door said they decided to close early and forgot to post a sign. Real professionals.

This business was busy the night I went there for a title transfer. It was cold but I had to wait outside for over an hour because her business is in one small room in her house with no waiting area except the entrance ramp. The ink in her printer was very light so I could barely read the registration so I didn’t notice she spelled my name wrong. If you use her services, make sure you look over everything very well before you walk out. She spelled my name wrong on everything so now my title and registration have the wrong name and she told me the only way I can fix it is for me to pay $58 to PennDOT. She had my identification in front of her. My name was spelled correctly on my identification. I give her at least one star because shame on me for assuming she could read. I should’ve looked
