Central Library

Enjoyed my visit today. Extremely helpful staff A+ also has a full computer lab plus so many new items. They have a digital transfer for 8mm film to digital transfer. I needed a CD-ROM opened for printing and email. I like this over Manassas lib.

I don’t know what kind of library this is. The front staff is SO loud in the main area. Everyone here is studying being quiet and the front desk staff are extremely loud and having inappropriate conversations ex: talking about crackheads or alluding to people being on crack. It is so distracting and while they have a quiet area/silent area it’s in the back, it’s cold and it has a bad odor. This library used to be a real library and was quiet but now the front desk staff make it impossible to study and with how much happens it’s less of a library and more of a zoo. So annoyed with this place and what it’s become no other library (Bull run, Chinn, Centreville) has this issue I am able to comfortably sit in the main areas of those libraries and know that I can focus and concentrate without w

Relic Room has equipment for converting old VHS videos to digital with staff support. Great genealogy resources.

I had a great experience at the Central Library. The staff were super friendly and cooperative, even helping me reserve a study room for my project. The library is clean and well-maintained, with a respectful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This is by far, my favorite library in the area. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. Anyone working goes out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. They are also great at recommendations for kids and adults alike. My grandson loves reading now. Thanks for helping an old man make reading cool for his grandson!
