Great place to relax after the round. We stopped by 20 minutes before closing so it was not that busy and food came out sooner than we expected. Nachos - pretty good Bacon Mushroom Double Cheeseburger- 2 1/3 patties, patties was a little bit overcooked to my liking, I would prefer medium rare or medium. But it is still very good. We chose the Parmesan cheese garlic fries and that was delicious. Fish and chips - fried to perfection, batter was crispy and crunchy and yummy. Sweet potato fries were also fried to perfection. Crispy and crunchy. Better than the one we had at Mr. Fish house at Pike’s market. Servers were friendly too.
We went for happy hour. Prices are pretty reasonable. The view outside from patio is quite nice. The modern bar and inside dining area is nice too. The service is very good at times and painfully slow at other times. The pub food menu is reasonably good. We ordered the lumpia 4/5, chicken strips 3/5 with garlic fries 5/5. The happy hour wines are good and the pour generous.
Food was real good, ate here last year after golf and it was great then too. Remember the fries being a little better last year (tastesd more garlic then) but was still good overall. Ordered Philly cheesesteak and clubhouse sandwich. $19.99 for each seemed a little much but they tasted great (shows $17 on website) Philly cheesesteak wasn’t very big. It’s hard to beat the venue, especially on a nice day. Overlooks #18 and tables aren’t on top of each other so good privacy. Not a bad seat outside and the inside is nice too.
Outdoor seating here provides a lovely setting for breakfast or lunch, especially on a nice sunny day. The server Caesar is wonderful and attentive—just seems like an overall great guy who enjoys his customers. Breakfast has gone very far downhill since previous visits—eggs were terribly over cooked and sausage was tough, probably because it was also overcooked…potatoes used to be delicious, but this time they just tasted blah. They definitely need a new breakfast cook!
Food was good for a golf course grill. Servers were awesome but they seem really understaffed. We waited over an hour for food. Beautiful place to stop for lunch but wish it was a little faster.
