Best customer service here! The food and drinks are never a miss. I love this place. Never have any issues here. Unlike PJ's, they actually care about their customers. The Caramel Apple Iced Latte is a must try for the upcoming autumn season. The cheese danish was much more tasty than other competitors' pastries. I love stopping by here whenever I get the chance.

CC’s Coffee House is one of my regular go-to spots. I’m a creature of habit, so I usually grab a latte or a cold drip, and it’s consistently smooth, flavorful, and made just right every time. What really makes this location stand out is the staff. They’re absolutely phenomenal—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel appreciated the moment you walk in. Great coffee, great people, and a comfortable atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

The best frozen coffee anywhere!!!! Get the Mochassippi, you won't be disappointed!!!! Only wish we had a CC's in NC! We've been down here for 3 weeks and have had CC's no less than 6 times!

The customer service is terrible at this place. The allowed to use wait at the drive window for more than 20 minutes without checking in. When they finally did come to the window my order was wrong which resulted in more waiting. Their only response was that there was someone new training. I feel that that is no excuse.

We went here yesterday morning for coffee after our friend that lives here suggested it. We got 2 caramel iced lattes, 1 sugar free caramel iced latte, and 1 super grande vanilla iced latte. Everything was delicious but the coffees do lean towards being on the sweeter end. My coffee was perfect, but I noticed a good quarter of an inch of caramel syrup unmixed on the bottom. So it would’ve been wayyy too sweet if that had been mixed in. This location is super cute though too, because it used to be a bank that they turned into a cafe! I love when buildings are repurposed instead of just torn down. The staff was also super nice and overall I’d DEFINITELY go back here and probably sit on the outdoor patio!
