⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in on my birthday to have a birthday dinner and had a few questions about the menu, as there wasn’t clear information about certain ingredients. Due to severe food allergies, this is extremely important for me. When I asked, the employee helping me didn’t know the answer and went to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, a young male employee told her to lie and make something up about a specific ingredient. That comment was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I immediately made it clear that lying about ingredients is not okay—especially when it could be life-threatening for someone with food allergies. After making it very clear that I would not be lied to, I built a bowl with ingredients I felt safe consuming. The bowl itself was a great combination and tasted good. Ho

Thanks to Gabby and Terri for walking us through our first time experience at Cava Temecula. I got the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma bowl and my hubby got the build your own. The staff was up beat and friendly. They efficiently went through the line of people and still had time to walk us through the entire menu offering. Food was delicious yet healthy and fresh. Definitely coming back

Had such a great experience at CAVA! The food was super fresh and delicious, and the whole team was really friendly. Shoutout to Noah — he was amazing and so helpful with my order! First time at Cava and I must say the customer service was absolutely amazing from all of the staff manager included!!! Aili was my amazing bowl creator. She had great recommendations and didnt make me feel rushed to complete my order and offered samples of the meat selections before choosing. Definitely will be back! Thank you all so much! I had a wonderful experience dining at CAVA. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the service was exceptional throughout my visit. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you can really taste the quality in every bite. I especially want to highlight Isiah and Aila for their outstanding service. They were both friendly, professional, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, CAVA exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.
