We love CAVA! Clean and fresh with vegan options! Checks all of the boxes! On our most recent visit before our wedding ceremony we stopped in for a quick bite. Bri was so kind and helpful and was so generous wishing us an amazing wedding day! Great customer service and was a big help in guiding us on what to choose. Thank you so much for helping our big day run smoothly. 🙏🏽✨️

First time eating here. My bowl was about $20. I am shocked at the small portion size. Not worth the $20. I would not go again unless the manager reached out to this post and said they were changing their training. The photos were before I ate anything. I literally opened the top and was shocked that an order over $20 would have this tiny amount of food and took a photo. I'd go to Chipotle right down the road or Chick-Fil-A in the same plaza instead.

I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience at CAVA today. Each of us paid around $17–$18 for our bowls, and the portions were half empty. For that price, we expected a full, satisfying meal. Instead, we were left hungry and frustrated. The ingredients themselves were fine, but the amount of food was unacceptable for what we paid. The photos speak for themselves. It’s disappointing to see portions shrink this much. Definitely not worth the cost unless they start serving full bowls. Greenwich and Westport would NEVER pull this

First time trying cava, was super excited for this experience, however, was a little letdown as the end result. I wanna start by saying the staff were super friendly and all the ingredients looked fresh and the atmosphere was nice however, the pita wrapping individual needs to step up their game. I got home and my entire pita filling, was at the bottom of the bag due to it, not being wrapped right and then him shoving it into the bag. So the pictures reflect my $16 chicken Shawarma on a pita when I got home.

Evan was awesome his customer service was great he was so informative about all the food available especially with this being my first time the cook was awesome I believe her name was Diamond this will be my new favorite restaurant
