CAVA

I was having a really bad day and decided to go to cava as a pick me up. Not only was the bowl amazing and all the ingredients were fresh, but the customer service I received from Jacob was amazing. He was so nice and has great customer service skills. Thank you so much Jacob your kindness brightened my day ! will definitely be coming back to this cava.

I'm really not a big chain restaurant person. I really liked the menu so I rolled the dice and decided to meet up with a friend here, for lunch. My first impression was that it was a bright and clean establishment. The staff members at the serving area were alert and attentive, each one of the 3 staff that we interacted with was smiling, accommodating, and polite. THAT was a huge positive for me. I got the spicy lamb with sweet potato it was fresh and flavorful. My friend enjoyed the Steak and Harissa. I don't drink soda so it was another huge positive to see their wide array of still drinks, and a soda fountain with New England, local carbonated options by Maine Root. Cava Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every need is met. The menu offers a fantastic selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor. The highlight was definitely the lamb bowl, which was perfectly seasoned and paired beautifully with fresh toppings. Don't skip the tzatziki – it’s out of this world! Overall, Cava is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

Well, I’ve been here 4x now. The food is decent when it’s done well. 2 of the 4 times I went, the meat was very dry. As for the service, the person making my bowl has always been pleasant. What I can’t stand is that the soda machine is never right. 3x now, the Maine Root Soda in the machine has been FLAT. There’s always at least one employee not doing much of anything, so this should be tended to. The last time I went, the kid didn’t even want to refund me for it. I always pass by the one in Lowell, so I’ll have to check it out. I’m done with this particular location for now.
