If you’re looking for a spot that nails the trifecta of atmosphere, service, and flavor, Brix Grille in North Andover is it. We spent the evening at the bar, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The vibe at the bar is lively yet sophisticated, but what truly made the night was the staff. Our server, Evelyn, was absolute magic—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. To top it off, the General Manager Joe, took the time to check in on us. He is incredibly personable and clearly runs a tight ship where every guest feels like a VIP. We started with the Lemon Drop Martini and Mai Tai which Evelyn nailed. Came back for a second time and yet again still amazing! Tried an item not ordered the first time, which were the lamb pops. We ate everything, we came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was not busy and service was great!

I love to go out to eat in Boston, but my friends and I decided to branch out to the North Shore food scene. We sat at the bar and I had an amazing experience at Brix. Chef Raykwon designed an amazing menu- extra points for the chicken parm. The bartender Cam makes amazing creative cocktails off menu. Even though it was busy, he greeted us quickly and was attentive throughout the entire meal. The general manager Joe is a very hands on, hardworking man that would do anything to see the staff succeed. Amazing service from beginning to end and I cannot wait to go back

A pleasantly low-key, family-friendly atmosphere. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is great, portions are pretty generous, and prices are reasonable. I had the tortellini umami, which featured delicious mushroom tortellini and tasty Italian sausage. My wife had the Brix burger, which was perfectly cooked, and sweet potato waffle fries, which were great. But my favorite was actually the crispy Brussels sprouts, which were tender and flavorful.

Everything we ordered was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor, but the real standout is The Bando Chicken Sandwich. This thing is on another level: crispy, juicy chicken with bold flavor, perfectly balanced toppings, and a bun that holds it all together without stealing the spotlight. It’s messy in the best way possible and absolutely worth every bite. One of the best chicken sandwi
