I had a great experience at Cava Mediterranean restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the ordering process smooth and welcoming. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. What really stood out was the quality of the food every ingredient tasted fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell they prioritize using high-quality, fresh produce and proteins. Whether you're building your own bowl or picking from the menu, there's something for everyone, and it all feels healthy and satisfying. I Highly recommend Cava for anyone looking for a fresh, flavorful meal with great service in a clean and inviting space

First time there and the nice lady explained everything and gave me a card to read for what each ingredient entails. I WAS CLUELESS but she made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Wish I had got her name. I will definitely go back and food was delish. Thanks

This food chain has been one of my go-tos, however I am not happy with the $3.65 cost of an empty cup in order to mix a bottle drink and a fountain drink together. Aside from that I wanted experience, the food is awesome and I typically don't get Fountain drinks so this was a rare occasion & one to keep. Many other establishments, like Chic-fil-a, have better and less expensive service.

This CAVA in Hanover is seriously top tier and easily deserves 5 stars. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth whether you’re dining in or grabbing it to go. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and consistent every time — definitely one of the best spots around for a healthy, delicious meal.and the manager Rene who gives the most attention and respect to customers I really appreciate him and his dedication in this cava

I recently visited this restaurant, it was clean, bright, and had a lively, inviting atmosphere. As a vegetarian, I was particularly impressed by the variety of plant-based choices available. The selection of bases like saffron basmati rice, supergreens, and lentils, along with an incredible array of fresh toppings and dips like roasted eggplant, red pepper hummus, and harissa, made it easy to customize a flavorful, hearty meal. The falafel was perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and tender inside — and the range of dressings like tahini Caesar and lemon herb tahini added great depth to the flavors.
