Great store. Clean. Food Is fresh and good. Predictions are fair (they will add more if you ask nicely). Have been to several stores. All of them except Rye Brook) have been great. Staff are excellent—Jennifer went the extra mile and should be rewarded for her excellent customer service skills.

First time here and I was really impressed! The staff was very nice, even with a long line of customers waiting. Special shout-out to the guy in the kitchen who was absolutely crushing it—keeping up with all the orders and moving fast the whole time. Great teamwork and energy!

This CAVA location used to be good 😩 I ordered delivery online. I got my order and it's missing my side of pita chips, broccoli, corn in the bowl (which I requested two of). I don't know what happened like if the workers forgot or if ingredients ran out - if it's the latter then I wish I knew. I was so excited now I'm disappointed and feel that I didn't get my money's worth. Employees need more training.

Nice chain spot for a quick bite. The place is a bit dim inside but still feels clean and will kept. Prices are generally reasonable, an extra falafel costing $1.50 feels a bit steep. Portions are well portioned with a good balance of sauces on everything. Overall, a solid option for a quick affordable family meal.

I have been a steady customer over the last few months. I liked the KidsMeal the best. But recently it has changed. So my mark goes down to a 3 from a 5. They have downsized and now eliminated the pita. On Tuesday I ordered my usual KidsMeal with a half pita. No problem. Yesterday I ordered the same and the manager shouted from the back grill that cava didn’t include that any more. I said that I had it the day before. The server gave it to me anyway since I never get pita chips or dressing. But the manager’s attitude was so inappropriate. I work in a customer service industry. Treating customers well should be #1 on the list. I don’t have to tell you the many different approaches she could taken to get the result she wanted and still satisfy the customer.
