Great service, patient for my first visit. Amazing food display, obvious flavor, and healthy options…for drinks too. This and one other option will be a mainstay in my diet.

I ordered the Spicy Lamb + Avocado bowl. It had a sprinkle of greens; otherwise, the base was almost entirely black lentils. And half portions of most of the toppings. The picture is doesn’t make it clear how unhinged this meal was, so I added the picture of the meal from the website for comparison. It was literally a whole can of beans in a bowl (enough to feed a whole family), 2 meatballs (vs 4), half of a grape tomato (also out of stock?), and whatever toppings they hadn’t yet run out of. I’m embarrassed to say that I paid $20 for this. I would have preferred a heads up from the restaurant if they were out of greens, so I could have cancelled the order - a call, text, email, or even an in-person FYI and a refund at the restaurant when I got there would have worked. I don’t expect you to be doing cartwheels while working your hourly job but now it’s been multiple trips to this Cava where the employees act with a sort of hostility. And I wouldn’t really care if they didn’t also underserve me and incorrectly charge and serve me also. Gotta at least get the job done accurately. Food is definitely yummy but still.
