CAVA

Cava is absolutely our most favorite fast food restaurant. My family and I placed an order to go since it was on our way back home. We ordered 4 build your own bowls. Let me tell you all of them were super delicious paired with tender/fresh meat and crunchy fresh mouthwatering exploding in your mouth veggies. The flavor was flawless and couldn’t stop till I finished my bowl. Everyone else had leftovers lol. Service was excellent-by excellent I mean our pick up time was 1245 and right at 1244 one of the associates handed me the bag with all the food. 1245 I was walking out very impressed. Atmosphere is busy, clean, organized chaos, with lots of smiling and welcoming faces. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the amazing food. We can’t wait to visit again very soon. I really like the food here—the flavors are always great, and the portions are good for the price. The only downside is that the chicken tends to come out a bit burnt pretty often, which can take away from the overall experience. In addition, the staff sometimes give the impression that they aren’t very engaged or happy to be here, which affects the atmosphere. If both of these issues were improved, this would definitely be a five-star spot for me.

The CAVA in Chino Hills is by far my favorite location to visit. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the overall experience consistently stands out. Alyssa helped me on the line and was incredibly sweet and patient while I was trying to decide on my toppings. She gave me a few recommendations, and they honestly tasted so good. I’m really glad I took her advice. The manager, Wynter, was also great and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. Compared to other locations, the staff here always seem happier and more welcoming, which makes such a difference. Great food and even better customer service every time I come here.

I ordered the spicy lamb and potatoes.. the potatoes were dry. Two pieces of meat in my bowl. Seats were dirty with prior people's foods. Pretty gross. No clean tables available.

Love it. The food is fresh and delicious. I will say though there portion control needs to be a bit better. Theres sometimes where I get lots of food and have enough for leftovers and other times, they give me Chipotle sized portions. Most of the staff is nice and friendly.
