I love Cava! Specially when I go to this location #CavaChelmsford The staff here is always amazing. I was helped by Victoria, she was extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. She made my visit very enjoyable, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service, she even helped me decide what to eat and had me try the sweet potatoes for the first time. I always leave with a smile and I can’t wait to come back!! Thanks Victoria!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was good. Yummy. Service: trash, took forever to serve food, zero energy what so ever, they look depressed to be there and moved like sloths. Overflowing trash cans, utensils holder empty, so they just threw the bag of forks on the table for everyone to touch and get their own, napkin holder ran out so they also just left the bag of napkins there.

I had a great experience at this location! From the moment I walked in, every team member was friendly, welcoming, and smiling. The atmosphere felt positive and genuine. I especially want to thank Victoria — she was incredibly kind and patient with me. I don’t usually come to this restaurant and wasn’t very familiar with the menu, but she took her time to explain the different options and helped me feel comfortable while ordering. She never rushed me and made sure I understood everything. It’s rare to find such attentive and warm customer service. I truly appreciated the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

Cava in Chelmsford is amazing all around great food and awesome people. Went there for lunch and got an excellent experience with the staff. Very happy group. I believe his name was Harold or Jario he has the best sense of humor, beautiful smile and energy. I will be back.

Okay-ish place for a quick lunch. We stopped by for a fast bite, but the experience was just average. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, service, and how they receive customers. I went with the Falafel Crunch Bowl for a vegetarian option. It came with rice, black lentils, veggies, red hummus, and feta cheese, topped with green mint sauce. Unfortunately, the taste felt pretty bland to me. The harissa pita chips on the side were probably the best part. My kid had the kids' bowl—pita bread with rice, chicken, garlic sauce, veggies, and crunchy pita chips. But sadly, he didn’t enjoy it at all. We ended up grabbing fries for him from Dave’s next door 😅 In comparison, I’d say Chipotle is a better pick for taste and satisfaction. Overall: 3/5
