CAVA

I already love CAVA for the food, but the staff here was GREAT! Shoutout to Tamia for being so informative and the rest of the team (Kaya and the good sir with the beard and glasses who fixed my base + protein) for getting me in and out quick. Very nice and customer service was on point. I wish they had a tip jar or something.

Normally I don’t leave bad google reviews, but my order today was hugely disappointing. Instead of giving me arugula like I ordered, they put old, turning romaine lettuce in my bowl. It was soaked in the lamb juice & soggy. That is what my photo is of. They also put my pita in my bowl instead of on the side, so it was soggy, and they gave me the wrong dressing. On top of all of that, they didn’t drain the braised lamb properly, so there is orange grease at the bottom of my bowl… seriously unappealing. I do not plan on ordering from this location again anytime soon. Bummer.

first time trying Cava & I loved it! Interacting with Indigo was such a pleasure! Great customer service! The other employees were sweet as well, but I didn’t interact as much to remember their names. I will be back soon!

Oh my goodness. This may be the best dining experience I have EVER had! My experience with other Cava’s has never been the best, but THIS Cava made me fall in love with everything. The dining experience was impeccable. So many options to choose from and for some reason this Cava made it taste that much better. Im also usually not one to write reviews, but I knew I had to give this restaurant its praise. Everyone was so nice, but I have to give a huge shoutout to my favorite workers, the big 3, Sophia, Charli, and Lillian. Everytime I go they greet me with such great kindness, and if there were more of them, I truly believe this world would be a better place. Anyways, absolutely love the ambience of this place as well, and this is by far my favorite place to eat in Baton Rouge. Geaux Cava!!

Had a great bowl here. Lots of options. Fast service. Can get busy if you come at peak hours.
