Catscratch Co-op Vegan Bakery

I ordered a Death by Chocolate cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was DELICIOUS and we enjoyed every bite. Cat scratch went above and beyond to make it perfect. I will definitely be ordering here again soon. This is my immediate new favorite bakery.

Catscratch has a variety of vegan pastries both sweet and savory. Also coffee and vegan breakfast burritos. I love stopping in for breakfast. I bring my own plastic container to take my pastries home in. I also ordered an apple pie from them and it was wonderful!

Great spot! So thankful this team formed their own little vegan bakery. Everything I’ve had from there is so delicious. THE CARROT CAKE CUPCAKE WITH BLACKBERRY FILLING IS INSANE! Hard to believe it’s vegan. Would recommend this place to anyone, vegan or not. Bonus: lots of cute cat pictures inside!

This is my fave bakery in town! Such nice people and delicious pastries. Don’t sleep on the breakfast burritos they are incredible but they sometimes sell out so get there early! Love that they are worker owned too. Highly recommend stopping by, you won’t regret it.

best breakfast burrito of my entire life. Also, everything else I've tried is 10/10. can't beat their glutenfree cakes! Very hard to notice driving by but worth the effort to find.
