Very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the girls at the front looked at my children with clear disgust and made us feel unwelcome. We arrived at 8 PM and they close at 11 PM, so there was no reason for that attitude. A male server brought my son his food and rudely said, “That’s yours,” with no professionalism at all. The drink we ordered tasted very bitter. We asked for a replacement, and it tasted exactly the same. They tried to convince us it was different when it clearly wasn’t. We paid for it and didn’t even drink it. Poor service and very unprofessional staff. We won’t be back.

I'm very impressed! The food is delicious, my mom said it was a bit salty but she likes plain food! The staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. I dont know our server's name but she is polite, sweet and prompt to take care of us and fill up our drinks on time. The decor and atmosphere was rustic yet modern. My daughter really likes the wall filled up with candles. Lovely interior decoration. The food presentation is the most interesting thing to look forward to. Everything was great and we have the good time! Highly recommended.

We decided to stop in on a Friday night and it was a good idea. We were greeted and seated right away. The servers are attentive and very nice. The food presentation was everything and they have really big portions compared to other spots I have been to depending on what you order. The only down side to me was that it’s beside some kind of store or gas station and construction is going on. Another down side is they charge you more if you pay with a card.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!! This may be the best restaurant experience I’ve had in Newport News. First and foremost I have to tip my hat to our server, Deshawn. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. I expressed no dairy and he was 2 steps ahead of me for the rest of the night. The atmosphere is cozy, small but well spaced. The food portions and prices are beyond fair. The QUALITY!!!!!…I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’ve tried the Carne Asada, Camarones de ajo, tostones and a strawberry peach margarita The tostones were crispy but not overcooked. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the presentation was top tier. The Margarita’s presence was made know immediately with a pink pineapple garnish. It didn’t taste overwhelmingly strong but definitely a creeper and enjoyable

This place is my new favorite local Mexican spot. The best margaritas and the shredded beef chimichangas are amazing! Was so good I went twice in 3 days!
