Catoosa Deli

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to get Mediterranean food. It is also the only place I eat the gyro meat. In the 20 minutes I sat in the restaurant the owner greeted everyone and mentioned at least 5 of them by name. You can’t beat a place like this. Every time I’m in town I stop here. Can’t wait to come back!

Hidden gem. One of the best gyro platters I've had, thick cuts of meat, warm rice, excellent hummus and tzatziki. All fresh made there.

Not on your 66 but worth the detour if you are hungry. This place had foot traffic and seemed to be a hit with the locals. The owners and staff seemed to know a lot of people that came in. The bread was baked fresh, and you could tell how soft it was. The small is the perfect size for kids and adults. The gyros were fresh, and the hummus and tubbolie were made that morning as you could taste the freshness. Make sure to detour of your rout 66 travels to eat here.

The owners are really friendly, and the food is really fresh and delicious. We tried the gyro sandwich and the baklava and they were both really really good. Prices were super reasonable. Very clean establishment.

This is my favorite sandwich shop, they have much more than just sandwiches also, the owners and staff are some of the best people I've ever met, the food is delicious, I've tried almost everything on their menu, and a few things that aren't on the menu. If you're anywhere near the Catoosa Deli, do yourself a favor, stop by and give them a try, you probably won't regret it, and you'll probably never eat subway again
