CastleDough

I’ve been a fan of CastleDough bread and so I jumped at the opportunity to take their first ever Sourdough bread making class. Wow! It felt like having an expert friend teaching you. Coy is so knowledgeable and kind- you can clearly see his passion for bread. He spent over four hours with us in his home taking us from start to finish- flours, starter, shaping, Dutch oven vs open baking, etc. We sampled bread made with different flours, and were sent home with everything we could need to begin and succeed in our bread making journey. I cannot recommend enough both CastleDough products and the Sourdough making course. Thank you so much, Coy!

We have enjoyed Castledough’s goods since they first launched. They are always delicious and fresh. We had the opportunity to attend the first sourdough bread making class yesterday. It was an incredible experience. Sourdough has intimidated us up until now. After the class my husband and I feel confident and knowledgeable enough to not only make bread but keep our starter alive. Coy’s passion and knowledge about baking and sourdough is inspiring.

We had the pleasure of ordering dinner rolls for our Thanksgiving dinner from CastleDough. The ordering process was easy, the door delivery was quick, but most importantly the rolls themselves were amazing! I'm so excited to finally have a local bakery with excellent bread. I'm already planning on ordering more for Christmas dinner.

I get Castle Dough items at AdventHealth Castle Rock, and their gluten-free cheesecake cookies are phenomenal! It's so nice to have great gluten-free products easily available.

Very small rack of bagged baked goods in a large antique market. Probably great stuff, but not a fresh bakery location. Disappointed. Not a true business location any more than Nike should be listed as a location inside of Foot Locker stores or Keebler in a grocery store. Likely should not be listed as a location on Google Maps, it’s just a retailer offering the product.
