Castle Creek Inn

We loved our suite! We always had hot water, plenty of towels. The bed was comfy, the fireplace was cozy, and there were fresh cookies, popcorn, and bottled water in the dining area for us anytime. The trees and creek in the back are beautiful and cleverly make the area feel secluded and away from town. Breakfast was a few different options, delivered to our door at a time we got to pick. I even got to request extra crispy bacon! The website gives perfect images and walk throughs of the rooms.

Everything about our start at The Castle Creek Inn was wonderful. The medieval theming of the inn transports you to a different time in history making this an extra fun night away. The lobby and dining room were beautiful with lantern lights, flags that draped from the ceiling, and suits of armor. The dining room offers snacks and drinks 24 hours of the day. During our stay that included freshly baked cookies, microwave popcorn, bottled water, coffee and tea. There were also games and DVD’s that guests could take to their room.||We stayed in the King’s Lodge which is the largest room on property, and it was wonderful. Great place! Romantic vibe. Good breakfast. Array of games and dvds available. Pool table was a blast. We walked to dinner, tons of options within a mile radius. Beautiful architecture, decor, and landscaping.

I stayed here and enjoyed it. But whoever answers the phone pretends not to hear me - and hangs up. This happened for both instances when I booked a room and tried to get in contact with the front desk to change my reservations - each time I called more than once and I got the same “hello hello -hangs up-“ When I had my husband call right after she hung up on me with his cell, she answered immediately. It sounds like she doesn’t want to do her job. Which is really annoying. I need to change a reservation and I couldn’t do it without my husband calling and doing it for me.

You would never know this place was here until you visited it. The location is great. You can go 5-15 minutes from any side and get to a restaurant or do other fun date things. It was nice that it wasn't too out of the way, and our options for dinner were plenty. The service was decent. They delivered breakfast to our room at a time we chose. That was very convenient! they have free water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. They also had cookies and popcorn for you to make before watching a movie if you chose a DVD. The room was unique. We stayed in The King's Lodge. I've submitted feedback via email regarding the lack of cleanliness. It was quite disappointing to pay so much for how filthy the bathroom was.
