Under new management, the room has been upgraded from bare-bones to comfortably professional without losing its soul. You watch the chefs work in an open kitchen, flames licking skewers the way they should. The kabobs are properly seasoned, cooked with care, and served without ego. Portions feel right, prices are refreshingly fair, and the service is warm and unforced. It’s a family-oriented restaurant that respects tradition, feeds you well, and sends you home satisfied—no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just real food done the right way.

A new local Beaverton spot to eat some amazing Mediterranean dishes! Everything is fresh, authentic, serving with love. We ordered a Turkish coffee as a start. It was made to perfection the sane way I used to taste it before with a hunt of sugar. We did a coffee cup fortune reading too! Very traditional things. What do you see?

I really loved their chicken kabob. I wish they were not so far so I could go there often. The people were very nice. I was very pleased with my visit. It's hard to find good shish kabob. Ghormeh Sabzi was good also. This was fantastic.

Great food and generous portions! We tried the kabob, barg, and chicken kabob, and everything tasted amazing. The chicken was perfectly juicy, and the barg was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Portions were very large and definitely worth it. Highly recommend the barg — we’ll definitely be coming back!

I truly expected great quality from Caspian Kabob based on all the reviews I’ve heard, but my experience was the opposite. The kabob was dry, lacked seasoning, and didn’t taste freshly prepared. The salad was fine, but the main part of the dish was a big letdown. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because the reputation doesn’t match the food I received.
