Casey's

I’d give ZERO stars if at all possible. Store is dirty. Staff is rude as hell. They are more worried about sitting in the back gossiping than running the store. Staff acts like it’s problem to ring up your items. When that’s literally your JOB! Casey’s needs to teach their staff some customer service skills. Definitely will take my business elsewhere! Not worth the hassle.

I'm handicapped, and every time I've go to this location the designated parking spots for handicapped individuals are taken up by employees. This morning I had to jockey my car around an employees van to put air in my tires (why they have a handicapped spot adjacent to the air station is beyond me, but it is what it is). Do better, 'cause some of us depend on it.

This is the worst run Casey's I have ever seen and I have been to many. Casey's are usually my favorite store, but not this one! The Winner, SD Casey's never has shelves more than half stocked in the cooler or snack aisles. Can never cash in my rewards or utilize the app deals because they usually don't have items in stock. Hit or miss if they have hot food and even when they do it's usually only a couple slices of dried out pizza. There is ALWAYS an issue with their soda machine. Dr. Pepper has yet to be working at any time that I have stopped in since moving here in August 2023. Flavor out, CO2 out, machine broken. It's constant. Nearly every time I have walked in staff is more concerned with talking with each other than helping customers. Or maybe even cleaning or stocking the store app

Awesome Pizza! Friendly staff! Clean Store! Stop by for Ice tea, pizza by the slice and much more! Not your ordinary gas station experience. Bathroom's are super clean!
