I don’t know who made the wraps. I had a turkey ranch wrap literally, it says the ingredients Are turkey, wrap, cheddar cheese, iceberg, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing that’s all it says on there it was full of purple onions, and it was utterly disgusting. How about you stick to what’s supposed to go in it and sell what’s supposed to be sold I’d really appreciate it It was the worst wrap I’ve had from any Caseys.

Bacon breakfast pizza on 2/1/26 gave me food poisoning.

My boyfriend and I tried to call and place an order last night and the kitchen manager answered and was immediately rude. Told me he was too busy and when I asked for a brisket pizza he just said “nope”. Took me a second to realize what he had said and then before I even have a chance to discuss with my bf another option he’s asking what we’re doing here cuz he didn’t have time for this. And just overall terrible service. I used to work for Casey’s and I understand getting backed up but there’s better ways to approach a situation.. do better!

I mean everything is great but the cashier person idk if she didn't get her fixed this morning but like does anyone know any customer service now a days ?

Friendly peoe usually working. Best doughnuts around. Really like the breakfast egg, cheese & sausage croissant for a quick breakfast, once a week, with a large bottle of chocolate milk.
