Casey's

I visited this location inside Sunday 01.25.2026 for propane and a snack. The young lady at the counter was professional, Courteous and helpful. Why in the world would the propane exchanges be $7.00 higher than Norbys? And the Hot food was not fresh! The chicken popcorn was dry and chewy and the breaded pork sandwich the same! Discount stuff if its going to be old folks! And please stop hurting those of us that need propane for heat please 🙏 Requested from a local Disabled Veteran. I also need to mention that your location does not participate in "UPSIDE" fueling gives change back. It really does not feel that this Casey's is not for the people. Ill start fueling and buying all my other needs elsewhere.

11/23/2025 we stopped in the West Union, Iowa, Casey's for fuel, something to eat and to use the restroom. This used to be a best in-class Casey's General Store. After this visit I will not be going back any time soon. I recommend Casey's senior management stop adding more new stores and focus on the stores they have. The women's restroom closed for repairs and men's restroom no toilet paper. The restrooms have not been very clean during our visits in 2025. We grabbed a couple cheese burgers tonight and the person working the food prep area was friendly and helpful getting my spouse pickles and onions for our burgers. The clerk that checked us out was friendly. The gas pump printer didn't work, sounded like grinding marbles. Had to go into the store to get a receipt. We got in the truck an

If your behind the cash register get off your phone. Stop watching videos while their are customers at your counter. It's not only rude but very unprofessional.

I've shopped here at Casey's for about eight year's. Have always been treated with respect and never ever had any issues, until last night 01-08 -24. I came in to order a Taco Pizza and they were very busy due to a snow storm which was predicted to hit West Union. I do not know the gentleman's name who was working only that he and young lady was working. I am not certain but I believe the young lady was a new employee. But the man kept apologizing to me because I was having to wait for so long. I then advised him there were no worries that I understood they were busy and that I was a very patient man.So after about 10 or 15 minutes I was waited on. So after giving my order the man ask will you be waiting. I said no I will come back and pick it up the man stated it would be about 20 minute'

On July 29th about 2:30 I came in with my dog who is a service dog and they are refusing to serve me because she is not wearing a vest when if you look it up they are not required to wear vests they are not even required to wear anything that States they are service animals.
