Casey's

My family and I have been regular customers at this Casey's General Store location for years. We purchase pizza multiple times a month, frequently buy food from the hot case, and regularly buy gas. This is the only nearby pizza option within approximately 15 miles, so we have consistently supported this store. During a recent visit, I asked whether hot honey was available for purchase, as there are dipping sauces displayed by the hot case. I was told that it was not available, then told that the store does have it but that there was no way to charge for it. The interaction ended with the employee laughing as I was leaving. While I understand store policies and limitations, the employee’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. Although some staff members at this location provide good s

Abby overcharged me on an item and I told her about it. She laughed at me and told me I better call corporate. I will definitely be going to the gas station 100 feet from this one for now on

I'm disappointed in the response of just thanking me for my feedback when I walked back to my car to put fuel in I fell in a sink hole with my whole foot on my way back to the pump after prepaying for my fuel. Eventhough I am a person that is disabled I managed to get out of the hole without breaking anything but walked away with a lot of stiffness and going to see a chiropractor to help put me back together I jarred everything on my right side. I have a child that I need to be able to get to her extra curricular activities and to be able to take care of her. I really hope you get this fixed before another person falls in and gets hurt worse.

Casey's has the best pepperoni pizza..I also like the supreme one. And the employees are so friendly..

it's a gas station and mini mart. not a lot to say really. it's clean. I've never gotten sick eating the food they make and all employee's but one grumpy old lady in the morning are very helpful and nice
