Overall the evening staff is courteous and friendly. The same I can't necessarily say about the morning shift. Stopped in this morning, a lot of things were out of stock. Staff didn't bother greeting me, in fact didn't even speak to me while checking out. Maybe it's because she was eating while providing my service. No smiles. No have a nice day. Although they were happy to stop giggling in the back and hanging out to greet whom I assume was an off shift employee who stopped in. I've not had experiences this bad with evening shift employees, but was sorely disappointed and rubbed the wrong way by how the first shift employees didn't seem to care. Hope this improves as usually this is a pretty nice location. ☹️

Gas n go, easy in and out of the parking lot. Busy store considering its in the small town of Waterloo.

I was confronted by the owner + staff for taking these photos. They treated me like I was planning a robbery. This all took place inside the building with my 8yr old son standing next to me. I explained what I was doing. I was treated like a criminal. It's sad what is happening to this world. I was doing something to improve the community and help your local business. Overall--the staff was kinda rude I didn't hear them greet anyone that walked in. I know everyone is in a state of panic right now, but we can all still be courteous. The establishment was clean. I Didn't have a chance to Try the pizza. My son says the breakfast pizza is really good!

food is great, workers are great, i absoulutely hate the manager jessica, everytime i go to the station all the workers up front tell me how much they hate working there cause of unfair treatment from the manager, 100% would recommend getting a new one, she has no respect for the customers who come in there

I just have to say the entire vibe here is amazing i almost wish I can quit my job and work here i have to give a shout out to Megan☺️ Angel😊 Serenity😊 bruce and😊 Dylan😊
