B.F.M. Burgers Fries Milkshakes

Chef was a great host, fries are fried in tallow, local ingredients, local people, great food. Interior could be more upscale.

Exceptional Food & Service at BFM From the moment I walked into BFM, I could tell this place operates differently. The owner was dressed professionally in a chef’s uniform, which immediately set the tone. Even while assisting another customer, he acknowledged me right away, greeted me warmly, and offered me a menu to look over while I waited. That level of attentiveness says a lot. When it was my turn, he took time to answer my questions and genuinely explain how everything is made. You can tell he cares about quality and intention behind his food. We even talked about how I make many things at home for health reasons, and he was incredibly kind — he actually sent me home with a sample of something he makes so I could try it myself. That meant a lot. The food was top-notch — beautifully

I walked in and ordered at the counter. The lady who took my order was really friendly. Hats off the the chef; the burger I ordered was one of the best burgers I've had in my life. It was perfectly cooked, juicy in the middle with crispy laced edges. The toppings were all good and went together and with the burger very well. The fries were also great. I didn't have the appetite for a milkshake this time but next time I will. I've been meaning to try this place and I'm really happy I did and I will be back next time I'm in the area.

Was working in the area and decided to try it out. Definitely did not disappoint and was back again during the same week. You can tell that effort is placed into making the food taste as good as possible while caring about the customer experience as well. Definitely will be eating here again when working or traveling through the area again!

There I was, driving through a food desert and looking for a little something to help me make it the rest of the way home. Google Maps directed me to B.F.M. and I was not disappointed! The ice cream, toppings, and milkshakes are all homemade by Chef Brian, who was a friendly and engaging host. Highly recommended. It's worth going out of the way to enjoy!
