Casey's

Working in MN for several months of the year. Discovered Casey’s pizza but have only purchased by the slice. It was always excellent. I downloaded the app and ordered a large pep from the Casey’s in Waite Park. I’m not sure what they did but quality control is not practiced at this location. Disappointment.

I’ve been coming to this Casey’s for a long time, but my visit on November 28, 2025, at around 8:20 p.m. was very disappointing. I stopped in to get gas and a lollipop for my kids. When I asked the cashier at the front counter where the lollipops were, he didn’t respond at all. I repeated my question, thinking he might not have heard me, and he just said, “Look there,” without giving any clear direction. I still couldn’t find them, and since there was no one else in line, I asked if he could please show me. Instead of helping normally, he walked over with an irritated attitude and said, “You should look down, buddy.” There was no reason for the attitude or the lack of basic customer service. The pizza was not the best and not made the way it was made before now it’s lot more fluffy bread with very little cheese and wings were dry like thrown in a air fryer 🤦‍♂️ waste of money ima just keep ordering from true’s pizza lot better pizza

This business has a shocking lack of humanity. You threatened to call the police on a dehydrated child for needing water, and your only option now is scalding hot water a useless change that shows you care more about money than people. The staff, especially Julie, were utterly heartless. To the two girls who glared at me while I was exhausted and drenched in sweat: your cruelty was the final touch on a truly shameful experience, Thank you….

《《《EDIT ⁸/22》》》 Per request from below comment I contacted caseys the day after they posted their comment. They have never responded! The worst pizza I've ever had from any caseys! The crust was pieced together! In some spots it was thick others very thin. If you look at the pic you can see the cheese was so thin it burnt. There was hardly any sauce. Dough wasn't cooked where it was thick. Clearly not even cut right! Had I not ordered this pizza from doordash I would have brought it back and thrown it on the floor! I threw the entire pizza away! And will never use this store for anything again! °☆°HOW CAN YOU LOOK AT THIS AND SEND IT OUT TO SOMEONE? WOULD YOU EAT THIS? DOES THIS LOOK DELICIOUS TO YOU? CASEYS MA
