Casey's

I ordered two pizzas, one taco, and one beef. The taco looked right, but you could taste slat. The beef had no pizza sauce or cheese. Wasn't even cooked. Pizza crust and beef tips just thrown in the box. Door dash delivered , and didn't ring the doorbell. The Door Dash app made the appointment at 10:40 a.m. instead of making it 4:00 p.m. like we wanted it to be. Tried to call Casey's. The lady was hard to understand. Sounded foreign and probably didn't understand English. One excuse that was received from them that they don't handle 3rd party problems, as if Door Dash made the pizza. I got refunded only 4 dollars for a pizza sauce I didn't get. I'm expected to eat a beef pizza that looks like that. This is the second time I've had a problem with ordering pizza.

This Caseys does WHATEVER THEY WANT. How you going to sell breakfast biscuits with bacon and cheese, NO EGG, , Yet charge the same price ??? Not to mention the warm case is CONSTANTLY expired, yet you all sell food past the time mark on your labels !! Then the gal at the counter was dumbfounded when I asked her to lower the price due to NO EGG BEING ON THE BACON BISCUIT. This Caseys literally had no care for the customer. You should see how they will deliberately make customers wait in line... I'm done coming here, live 2 streets away and I'm tired of the customer expectations the people of this store portray . Good riddance.

Busy as hell but I was still able to fuel up and grab a bite to eat in a few minutes, store has just about anything you could need.

Ordered the taco pizza, thin and crispy crust. Absolutely horrible! The crust wasn't just thin and crispy it was so overcooked that the cheese and topping were crispy. Couldn't even bite into it. Called to complain and the person wouldn't stop making excuses long enough for me to actually explain to them what was wrong. I don't want your free pizza! What I want is for the pizza I paid for with my hard earned money to be correct and edible! Horrible pizza and horrible Customer service!

Buyer beware! I used my debit card to pay for a pizza at this location and mere minutes later somebody withdrew $150 at another Casey’s location in Oak Grove, Missouri. A fraud investigation is now underway. If you have to go here, use cash! Apparently this location is run by thieves!
