Casey's

I wish I could post less than 1 star. This Casey's is so mis managed it's pathetic. I have not reviewed since they opened, because I wanted to give them a chance. I love the Casey's chain amd Im sad that this has happened to the P.G. Casey's. They dont stock and order correctly. They constantly are out of normal things or dont stock normal things like lids and cups. Which is a .management issue. They also many times dont have pizza or fresh food available. And the biggest problem, I've never seen them address the high volume times and staffing issue. Today I went in and there was 1 cashier doing her best with a smile trying to get through a never ending line of at least 9 to 13 people waiting in line. No on was there to open the second register or help out. The manager doesnt care, she

Can in for some sweet tea they had none tea earn looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while when he asked a worker when they may be making tea she got aggressive and said it wasn't her job to talk to customers or make tea so I left to avoid more conflicts from someone who clearly didn't want to do her job

My lottery winning lottery ticket was $14 and they told me it was $6 . I get home and there is no way a ticket can win $6. I call and the management looked at the register and agreed I was shorted $8 but was hateful. The mangement hung up on me just awful. Shameful service

Ever since it’s opened, there’s been one time i’ve been able to get the unleaded gas for the actual advertised price on the sign. It almost always forces me to get the gas that’s 70-90 cents over the advertised price. I don’t have this issue at any other Casey’s, please figure it out!!

This has got to be one of the worst in the area. You would think one of the newest in the area wouldn't be so terrible. Slices of breakfast pizza are noticeably smaller than other locations and are missing ingredients. That is even assuming they have any. The coffee bar is a mess and unstocked. There were two people in the kitchen area that couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation for customers. One employee was stocking the already full chip area and not sure what all of the other employees wandering around were doing. The line was so long it went the length of the store and was curving around the back. Apparently only one person knows how to work a register and she isn't capable of working both at the same time. So I got to spend 20 minutes in line. Gas is expensive on top of all
