Your food products are fantastic no complaints there at all. However, the woman working behind the counter is the most rude person I’ve encountered. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day, but it is every time I have gone in over the last year. She always seems annoyed and aggravated that a customer wants to purchase anything. Try being polite it goes along way! There are a lot of other choices here in Pontiac for pizza, gas, and doughnuts who appreciate their customers, I think I will be going there from now on.

I ordered a gluten free pizza the other evening. It was done 10 mins earlier than expected and absolutely delicious. I also did not feel sick after eating the pizza. Thank you for the fast service and delicious pizza!!!!

I enjoy taking my grandkids to get snacks and slices of pizza. The cashier names Melanie is the rudest woman I have ever met! She has not one person skill what so ever! It's not every now and then she has a nasty attitude it is every single time she is working! She needs retraining for sure.

Had a sales sticker for coffee 2 for7 across all three of the coffees. Lady behind the counter was extremely rude about it told me I should have told her before I was checked out. When we went to look at the coffees, the label was across all three coffees, making it look like they were all 2 for 7. I’ve never been to a Casey’s where the staff has been rude or this ignorant

I came in after 6pm last night usually there isn't any pizza for sale or it has been sitting there forever. I picked up some sausage pizza last night it was bomb thank you Caseys.
