Do not advertise 49 cent coffee with a breakfast sandwich if you aren't going to honor it!!!! I would have never bought this sandwich had I known I was going to be charged $9 for a sandwich & a coffee. Do better!!! You honestly just lost my business & I stop at Casey's all the time. Bring Kasha back to this store, your new help here sucks.

I ordered food from here twice, and got stuff from the store side a few times already. Friendly staff overall, and the kitchen food is actually better than what I would expect from a gas station with better value.

I attempted to call in twice to order a pizza, but no one answered either time. Deciding to go in person, I called one more time just to see if they'd pick up. As I watched the phone ring, I noticed the staff at the counter just sitting on their phones. When I mentioned the calls, they claimed the phones weren’t working, even though I had just witnessed them ignore it. I then had to wait there while they prepared my pizza. Could have saved me 30 min if they had just answered the phone.

Probably the worst ran gas station I’ve seen. I just called an order for pickup at 5:45 I was then told it would be 25 minutes. I show up late at 630 and they said they didn’t even start it. Meanwhile half of the store employees are ripping vapes and smokes out front. Greasy spot (update) I got told 20 more minutes I waited an additional 25 minutes just to be told that it’s made but they forgot to put it in the oven. I don’t understand how this level of bedlam could happen. In summary I ordered at 545 and now it’s 724 and I finally have my pizza. This is attrocious.

Horrible costumer service! Tried ordering a pizza and after trying to order threw the app and there stupid phone automated thing after about 30 mins finally got connected to a real human and not once but twice he hung up on me when trying to place a pizza order! Never said anything but Casey New York Mills (very rudely) and then hangs up after I talk! So very rude just trying to have a fun pizza and movies with the family with out having to drive very far to get the pizza! Incredibly disappointment!
