This Casey by Fairground is no good to work with For DoorDash, they not even trying to look for the items a customer ask if they have other milk to replace the one not available any kind of milk, the girl with long hair said we don't have milk at all, 2 days after the donut not available no one even tried looking for the donut so I unassigned myself. Whoever run this can you please check your employees doordasher have enough with you all when we get their things ain't ready or item not available.

was out at the pump when it wouldn't let me skip rewards and wouldn't let me pump gas until I skipped the rewards and I kept hitting help and no one came out to help me for about 10 minutes. It finally ended up working but ridiculous. I know that caseys only allows one person in the kitchen and one person at register most times and it's actually ridiculous because customer service falls through the cracks. They don't have enough people to help the people that need help.

I usually never bother leaving reviews, but this is just ridiculous. The past 3 times I’ve ordered from this Casey’s, they have forgotten to make my pizza. So I end up having to wait at the store for 15+ extra minutes. The cook always makes it out to be my fault and is always lippy towards me. I have given this store a lot of business, but this will be my last order or purchase at this store.

Ordered some food for delivery. One item was a dozen chocolate chunk cookies, only got 1 cookie and was charged for a dozen. Also, the one cookie wasn't even a chocolate chunk. I called to refund the difference but was told to contact doordash. Doordash sends me back to Caseys. Not even bothering with it anymore. Will not be ordering from this place again.

-Manager parks in the front parking space all day. -Ice machine always broken. -Warmer is empty at lunch. -Employees let a line keep standing while they finish stocking tobacco products. -Card reader always down and cashier will not switch registers. -Customer service is very poor. -Ordered pizza to be ready at 1145, they started making it when I arrived to pick up.
