No problem with the employees and the pizza is top notch, but the app messes up more than not. Too many times I have placed an online order to not have it "accepted". The app will tell me to pick up in 30 minutes an when I get there no pizza. I wish I could just call in am order like the good ol days.

I went in there and they were nice until I said I had a pick up order. The order was wrong and I kept calling them so it could be corrected, but they kept me on hold for over 2 hours. When I went in, they wouldn't correct it without a receipt that they didn't give me the for time around.

Tell me why it takes an hour to make 1 pizza and wings. They told me 40 minutes, I gladly said that's fine and waiting my 40 minutes. Tell me why I got there they told me "Sorry it's going to take another 20 minutes" What? So I wait. My boyfriend (Who has worked at your Casey for 3 years) goes in to pay for our order, he gets told he has to wait 5-6 more minutes. As we are waiting we watched your 3 up front people decide to leave the front counter unattended to check 1 pump all together. A customer walked in the store while they were outside and when he reached the counter, one of them ran back inside. He could have easily stolen something and no one would have notice. Store is clean and has exceptional night staff, but not so much during daytime hours. I see that the so called manager likes to leave reviews about herself, but needless to say this little girl needs a position with much lesser responsibility. She (Nicole) is far from a manager. Hiring techniques are obviously based on physical appearance and not experience or ability to do the job as seen with the daytime employees. I personally have only seen 3 employees at the most in the past several months that I would hire at my business, and currently all 3 of them work nights serving drunks from the bar down the street when they should be the faces that greet the customers that really count during the day. There is a younger cashier there who is rude to customers. I went there for coffee and informed the cashier the creamer was empty. She didn't acknowledge i said anything. I proceeded to place a bunch of mini packets of creamer in a cup and then went to get coffee. The coffee machines were on but did not have any coffee in them. I turned to her and said there wasn't any coffee either, she replied "i know" when i asked why she watched me put all the little packs of creamer in my cup but failed to let me know there wasn't any coffee she ignored me and continued to look at the register. This was not the only encounter with this girl, every encounter has been rude. She never smiles or greets customers either. She looks about 19 years old. Not very professional!
