I love Casey's. They have everything you could want from a gas station, snacks, drinks, candy, lottery tickets, gas and the best pizza slices

The place looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s the service was absolutely trash, no one greeting as I entered and then once I get a drink they tell me after Im filling my cup that they aren't taking a card because their system is down, the then proceeded to use there system to check me out and even had me use the card reader to input my rewards but wouldn't let me use a card absolutely would never come back

Nice convenient place to stop, when it rains and seem miles from home and nothing seem open on Route 66!

Had to go inside to pay for gas since pumps were having a hard time with cards. I get inside and was trying to tell a cashier what I needed and instead of using her words like a big girl, she was just pointing at the other cashier while I was looking outside to see my pump, expecting me to just magically know she wasn’t on an active register. and then proceeded to talk to her coworkers about my WHILE I WAS STILL AT THE COUNTER. So thanks to whoever that was. Grow up and be an adult.

I stopped in today to get my boy's lunch. They were having several issues at the cash stand, and I was a bit antsy because I know my boys lunch break was about over. The cashier who cashed me out was super nice! But when asked if I had rewards I said I did not want to bother with it because I was running late with my kids school lunch. The manager then piped in and said under her breath - Loud enough for me and other guests to hear - that I was trying to ruin their day because I was having an issue. This is not the case! I just simply chose not to use my casey's rewards or to put the money towards my casey's rewards. I am asking that someone please pray for this lady and please talk to this lady about customer service. I was in a hurry yes. I was under pressure yes. I was not directly
