Casey's

Came for the gas and not the pizza. Fuel Rewards are accepted and gas is dispensed as intended. No problems. They have the windshield cleaner filled and the squeegee was in great shape to use.

Watching 2 of your employees scream at each other is absolutely entertaining but constantly being told about Casey's rewards gets annoying over time.

Sometimes they don’t have any hot food in the morning and when they do the older lady that works is not very nice. They also don’t have wings etc. available here like at other locations.

Tried to order a pizza over the phone. I asked for a thin crust. The gal in the phone responded back with “she doesn’t like to make a whole pie because she has trouble cutting it”. Regardless of personal opinion by the employee it’s still a request that has to be considered as it’s part of the menu. Customer service overall was just sub par. Will not be coming back at all. I’d rather drive 30min out to Soux City to get decent pizza with better service.

Instead of making food and pizza, they sit and talk to each other. Took an hour for a pizza.
