Incredibly disappointed. We ordered taco pizza since family was here and they love taco pizza. App use is encouraged so I made my way through the app and even ordered extra sauce on the pizza. At check out we were told there was no taco sauce packets!!!!. Staff apologized but if app use was not so very encouraged we would have spoke to a real person when ordering and they could have told us there were no packets and we would have changed our order. The toppings were sparse as well. It was very disappointing. The size of a large pizza has diminished as well. We generally love caseys pizza but it was sub standard from the time he walked into the building to pick up our order when I tried to leave a message on the caseys site could not submit it because they wanted me to use a address fro

Easily one of the most horribly constructed pizzas I've ever seen, and it was just pepperoni, how hard is it to make a pepperoni pizza. whoever was working in the kitchen today should be cleaning the lot, not making pizzas.

Waited almost 2 hours after ordering- finally called and nobody knew anything, after i gave them my card number. address and they said 40 mins- you people have a good product but your employees dont seem to give a damn- calling manager in the morning

Ordered a taco pizza through door dash when it got here, it was missing toppings so I called Casey’s and the guy said my order got mixed up with someone else. All the extras I paid for were there just not the toppings that COME with the pizza. Who orders a taco pizza with no lettuce, tomatoes, or chips? My 23 dollar small taco pizza lol

Got in to pick up the pizza and the man angrily said he hadn't even started. He looked at the clock and said the time which was 1 minute till pickup and acted like it was 30m away. He was sassy as hell with my elderly aunt who was kind and understanding. Clearly management is bad here or he wouldn't be acting like an overworked jerk.
