"I am a loyal regular (with a documented spend of $283.00 at this location since January) and an industry veteran with 13 years of customer service experience, including years behind the counter at Taco Bell. Tonight’s experience with the manager, Hailey, was the most appalling display of 'leadership' I’ve ever witnessed. Beyond her blatant dishonesty about the fryers being 'automatically shut down' (I know the equipment; they were turned off early to cut corners), the food I received was clearly prepared out of spite. I paid $7 for rock-hard, stale chalupas and $10 for a Cantina meal with sauceless tacos and a chunky, half-full cheese cup. My avocado wrap wasn't even grilled. They did not take time on the meal and they literally did not make it the right way. My country rap looks like a little kid made it.

I was waiting at the register for 5 minutes being ignored, multiple employees saw me waiting yet just ignored me to talk about personal relations. After showing annoyance they all started making snarky comments about me not wanting to wait for them to actually do their jobs.

I didn't receive the correct items in my order. Perhaps it's partly on me for leaving before checking, but the line of cars behind me was quite long.🫤

What I ordered and what I got and when I asked if I could get a refund or have it remade they were very rude about it They have horrible customer service, especially the guy with glasses and dark hair that's always at the drive thru i get that fast food is not an ideal job and some customers are rude but dont take it out on the ones who aren't
