Casey's

This is truly not be mean but in hopes for improvement. This Casey’s has to be the slowest gas station I’ve ever been to. It’s never an in an out experience. The checkout process is almost unbearable. Always understaffed and always a register issue etc. It’s unfortunate cause it’s right next to our home but it’s been so bad it’s almost worth it to switch to the quick trip up the street.

I’m not one to go out of my way to make a google review but this is getting out of hand. I’m a regular I go there EVERY DAY 5x a week. I’m to the point to where I’m about done giving them my business. This place has gone down the drain. Every morning there is either a piece or two of pizza if you’re lucky that is so old the cheese is chewy and NOTHING in the cold area expect maybe a few cheese stick items. The kitchen has NOTHING being made. No premade sandwiches NOTHING the drink are always out in the fountain. Here within the last few days they haven’t been putting the time or date on any of the hot items. I also went and got a frozen hot pocket of the freezer area and it has EXPIRED! I told an employee I got food poisoning from the yogurt parfait and there response was “the cooler stop

I don't know if it was shift change or what but for a supreme pizza to be overflowing with toppings and then the pepperoni to have barely any pepperonis on it is sad y'all need be consistent quit scimping on the toppings people!! Camdenton mo Casey's always loads the pizza up as it should be.

I came in on a Thursday morning in a hurry was able to get one of the most amazing loaded breakfast. Burritos of my life delicious 😋 Front cover ginger clears were pleasant and the cook was the great as she was very helpful to endure my burrito was made right! Thank you 🙏🏼

No matter what, if it's a Casey's off State avenue, in or near Basehor, you can literally bet your entire paycheck that they are going to close at least a half hour early, sometimes up to an hour and a half, early. Guys, it is so easy to change your Google profile. Just change the hours??? If you don't want to work until 10:00, close at 9 or 930? This is one of so many reasons you guys get shut out by quick trips all over. It's crazy that I drive by two Casey's just to go to a quick trip, five or six times a week, because I know you're either going to be closed, under stocked or have just plain unhappy staff. Can we get a real gas station in Basehor please?
