🚨Health & Safety Concern – Repeated Gluten-Free Order Failures at Casey's (Griffith, IN)🚨 I was served a regular pizza instead of a gluten-free pizza on two separate occasions at Casey’s in Griffith, IN. The first time the mistake was very apparent as the crust was much different I made them aware and thought that they understood the seriousness of the matter, they clearly did not. The second time it was made as a regular thin crust identical to the gluten free, I became ill after consuming it before realizing the mistake they had made. (The store manager confirmed they had made a mistake and made the wrong pizza after I contacted them.) This is not a preference issue or a minor error. Great place to stop when you're in a hurry with friendly staff and the managers Michelle and Ricky are great at what they do. Only issue is the people they use for snow removal as the parking lot was in poor condition during this last snow storm they should call Kurek Snow Removal and lawn care for some top notch service to keep their customers safe!

I stopped in about a week ago and there was no food ready, nothing coming out soon either. Today I tried again… waste of time The breakfast sandwiches were not even fully cooked . The cashier could not provide a receipt . I have always came for the pizza unfortunately after my experience today, I will not be back To the Griffith, location or any other Casey’s location ! You can’t provide a receipt for my purchase you can’t provide fully cooked food. You cannot get any more of my money as a company as a whole. FYI, I run a small business so generally when I stop I will have 3 to 4 guys with me that won’t happen again .

Good place for a good snack. Food could be a little better though as a donut recently made my co-worker violently ill.but besides that good food and friendly staff.avoid the donuts ocassionally though

After a long day at work, I went in to get my fritters for dinner and James Backwords was amazing. He was very involved in conversation and I will be back because of him and Derrick was very conversative and courteous. He helped me before resetting the system, but he didn't have to. I think these guys are an asset to your company! I hope you keep them!
