Casey's

We've been ordering pizza from this store for over a decade. The last 3 times have been extremely disappointing. 2 orders for delivery were never delivered. We went to the store when our pizzas were over an hour overdue and they said they were very busy. No apology or call saying they were going to be late. Tonight we did pick up for 5p. My husband went at 5:05p to get the pizzas and they hadn't started making them. They told my husband to come back in 30 min. When he did, the pizzas were made incorrectly. We will not be ordering from this Casey's anymore.

the guy who made the pizza forgot to make my breadsticks fine or whatever but then when i got them finally made they were thrown in there and the pizza wasn’t made right it was way overcooked and the worst experience ever this casey’s used to be my favorite and now its the worst place to get pizza in town

The food was excellent, kitchen staff was more than willing to make 2 more sandwiches for me because they only had a few of the ones I wanted already made, and made then quickly, the girl at the register on the other hand was rude, and when I said something about it she made sure to inform me she was the manager and that she runs the store. She also made it a point to tell the kitchen staff to"hurry up" very disrespectfuly, even though they were already busting there tails. I didn't see how they or any one can work at a store with a boss like that. So food was great but you need to retrain your store manager on leadership skills and customer service.

Pizza wasn't ready when we went to pick it up. It wasn't even in the oven. Had to wait another 25 minutes. They offered no apology or comp. I asked for a refund two different times and they kept promising it was coming up. Freaking lies. I watched it go in the oven. I regularly use Casey's for gas, food, coffee etc. This is not the first time they've jacked up my order at this location. The cook working was very unprofessional. He kept whining about how things are organized and done. The girl behind the counter was clueless. Offered no apologies or concern.

Called to order pizza for delivery. We were having a pool party for our church group. Ordered 6 pizzas and was told it would be 1 hour. We called at 6:50 and the pizzas didn't arrive until after 9pm. No apology let alone offer to compensate us for our wait. On the plus side the pizzas were hot and did taste good. Very disappointed though, some of our guests left hungry.
