Casey's

I really loved my experience here. Everyone was nice, and friendly. The store was clean and organized. I love to visit each Casey’s in the town I am in because it is my favorite place to go. This experience was awesome. The manager I met was named Rocky and he was so nice and friendly. Will definitely come back!!!!

I came into Casey’s store today and it is very clean. It’s is by far better than gas city, Marion and surrounding stores. General manager Rocky Kuntz is very polite, kind to employees and has worked his butt off getting the store in this shape. A few years ago if one would have asked me how many stars I would rate this company I would have never imagined that I would rate this store a 5 out of 5. Hats off to you Rocky and your team. You have earned my business! Casey’s corporate I truly believe Rocky deserves a raise for his work and dedication to this store. Always smiling and respectful. Keep it up!

I’m absolutely appalled by the way Casey’s allows their managers to treat their employees! I come into the store multiple times a day for drinks, snacks and food as I work down the road and it is convenient for me to come here and grab something and go about my day. After looking at previous reviews to see if anyone has made similar complaints , this is not the first one for Casey which who I am told is the kitchen manager. Not only is the kitchen manager rude to their employees but also Maryanne downtalks employees on a regular basis. Yesterday I came into the store and seen Maryanne who is the store assistant manager yelling at a fellow employee. One if that employee needs reprimanded then it needs to be done in the office, not the front of the store! All over a cell phone. Did she ask t

all the years that you've been here in Elwood customer service in that kitchen has really been exceptionally bad even compared to any place else in town. for us it's a real shame because I just work next door and it'd be so handy to have a decent place to go to. the problem is they usually don't want to be bothered. we stood there today and he just stood there with a knife in his hand back behind the counter staring but didn't come up but normally if you have two or three orders they don't have time to take orders anyway over the counter that's always been the case I've been told so many different reasons that he can't get service over the years. pretty much ignored me at least acknowledged me for a minute I'll give her that but normally the cashier's at the front are super great. if you'

Everything was perfect last night. You couldn’t ask for a better night at Casey’s. They treated me with royalty. I will definitely be back.!
