Sometimes the pizza is good, depending on who makes it. Other days it’s raw, doughy, and topped with grease. You’d think for nearly $5 a slice, it would be better quality. Now when you call to place an order, you have to talk to a robot, very frustrating. The service is usually great, most of them know me by name. I wish the employees would get paid more, for a multi-billion dollar industry, the wages they pay their employees is trash. Maybe if they got paid more, they’d make better pizza.

Jan 26th 2026. They now have Ava the ai bot answer calls I wanted to order a pizza Ava couldn’t understand over the semi noise and road noise tried to transfer me to a team member was on hold for 3 hours and 27 mins then I gave up. Casey’s in corydon is not that busy to be on hold that long what had happened to calling and getting a human being on the other end. Guess they don’t want to sell pizzas anymore to people driving. Can’t just pull a semi over anywhere. And Hyvee’s perks is not working at the pump.

Horrible customer service for food orders, they can't meet quoted pickup times for online orders, always have to wait, twice I've had it that they hadn't even started my order by the time it was supposed to be ready for pickup. Then they have lame excuses and are rude when you complain about THEIR poor service. They need a lot of retraining, or they need to fire everyone and hire all new people who actually know what they are doing and who want to work and can do the job right. Maybe they should just stick to selling gasoline and close the kitchen permanently.

Food could be better seems to sit for a wile pizza does not seem to be cook that long its usually doughy but the gas is good and prices on drinks are great and people are nice
